Neil was delighted to see the British and Irish Lions’ incredible victory over Australia at the weekend. As a former Lion himself, the win was particularly special.
The Lions triumphed in their crucial third test with a stunning 41-16 win over the Wallabies in Sydney. The atmosphere was tense prior to the start of the match but all fears were eased by the stunning performance that the Lions put in.
The Lions’ have not had a series victory since the 1997 team that Neil was an integral part of. He appeared on talkSPORT on Friday 5th July in the build up to the series win, speaking to Adrian Durham and Darren Gough. He was able to provide some expertise from his years of experience as a player and coach.
