Neil Unveils the ‘Biggest Cup in Rugby’

7 October 2015 - 3:33pm

Working alongside leading builders’ merchant Jewson in Rugby on Wednesday 23rd September, Neil celebrated the 2015 Rugby World Cup by revealing a giant mug inspired by the builder’s brew - at three metres tall, it truly was the ‘biggest cup in Rugby’, the hometown of the great game.

On the day Neil participated in a series of media interviews and talked about the Jewson campaign live on air with talkSPORT.

He said, “Some say the Webb Ellis Trophy is Rugby’s biggest prize but this will be literally the biggest cup in Rugby. It was a big task to tackle but, after several tries, Jewson has created a true homage to one of Britain’s greatest passions . . . . tea. And Rugby. I’m not sure if it’ll fit in my trophy cabinet, though!”

Neil has a number of other media and speaking engagements lined up during the Rugby World Cup during which his keen insights into the game will doubtless be aired, so watch this space for more news.
