With the Six Nations starting this weekend, fans of England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, France and Italy are gearing up for one of the most competitive years in the tournament’s history. Neil Back MBE, who won the championship three times, is well placed to offer his opinions on all the issues surrounding the Six Nations.
As any self-respecting rugby fan will have noted over the weekend, England’s progress under Eddie Jones continued with a great 37-21 win over Australia at HQ. Unbeaten since the Aussie coach took charge in January, England have now clocked up a record-equalling 14 straight victories and completed a blemish-free 2016.
It’s a story with which many of us are familiar. As time goes by, our time is increasingly taken up by work and the commitments that come along with family. Almost inevitably, our fitness takes a backseat.
As all rugby fans will have noted, England are on a great run. There’s a new-found optimism in the camp and, since his appointment in the aftermath of last year’s World Cup debacle, Eddie Jones has delivered a Six Nations Grand Slam and whitewashed the Aussies in their own back yard.
As we know, Neil is well known for his passion and dedication to everything he puts his hand to and his appearance on BBC Celebrity MasterChef this summer is no exception.
